  Wouldn't call anyone else. I have used Action Services for 4yrs now and have received the best customer service from Dan and Gerardo. Gerardo walks me through any areas of concern and explains every step of my services. We had a huge and I mean HUGE issue with rats after a neighboring property burned down. I called and text every time I heard a peep, 4am was not unusual... I don't do mice and rats!! Gerardo took my text message and was there at first light. Within 2 weeks the entire problem was solved, daily checks of traps, sealing access points, new insulation blown in our attic and no mess. Awesome job. Now I keep semi annual appointments for routine spraying and inspection and couldn't be more pleased.

  I called to use them for a pest inspection when purchasing a home. They actually had a GREAT deal for home and pest inspection combo! I am very happy with the speed, communication, report style of both inspections. Will use them again in the future!

  I've used Action Services for many of my needs with animal removal in my home as well as just pest control services. The timing was fast and the pricing was awesome!! Acted so courteous and professional.
