  Broke my $850.00 phone and would only partially repair it. I'm not letting them touch my phone again. They ask for your password to battery replace be very cautious about your personal information....

  I would give them a higher rating had it been done right the first time. They are very respectful and courteous, but somewhat inattentive. I dropped my son's iPad off to get the screen replaced, and was told this would be completed in 24 hours. Which it was, but they did not take the screen protector off the opposite side of the glass (the side that is inside the iPad) so I had to take it back and get it "fixed" again, with no acknowledgement of error on their part. I also did not receive a phone call either time that my device was ready for pick-up.

  I was very pleased with the what was available. Such as another golf cart battery to use for the tournament tomorrow, while they check out the one we bought 2 mos ago. (they readily informed of the 2 yr warranty as well) But even better, Josh (i believe?) helped tremendously by programming the remote key that I bought for our new truck. He even helped with setting some of the other functions, that were confusing for me. A Big thumbs up!! :)
