  I was about to buy some boots here, but I actually thought the $220.00 price was too high for a pair of boots that are on display like all their boots. Why would I want boots who have had everyone's feet in them? Well being new to Waco 7 years ago, I took a drive an found this place by down the road by Academy called Ritchie's Western Wear, and their price for the same boots were $150.00. Been buying all my boots there since then, and boy do I go threw work boots every year!

  Some of the staff seems pushy but there's an older guy named Kyle who is probably the least pushy and super helpful. Pretty nice selection of western wear. Ladies boots could be better. Overall a pretty great shopping experience.

  If I could put no star on this Cavenders I would.. I went in Monday night to buy some jeans after shopping all day trying to find jeans that fit me . Found three cute jeans that I loved . I was finally relieved .. got a cute belt to match . Went to the counter to check out lady told me I couldnt pay with my moms credit card so I told them I'll call her . I called she didn't answer . Keep in mind I had to go to work early in the morning it's now 9pm trying to get ahold of my mom that 3 hrs away and at work . Pissed off crying and embarrassed I told them I couldnt afford these iteams and my mom loaned me the credit card to help pay for things I needed for work . The lady that checked me out said there is no reason to cry. She had no common decency of what else I could be possiably be going threw at that moment. I looked her up on Facebook and she was under as my mother on Facebook which matched the same name as the one on the card . The manger said that's fine and let me buy them . Not including the other guy that worked there making smart ass remarks the entire time not making the situation any better . Worked long hrs the next two day went to put on my jeans to see the sincer was never taken off . Just now walked into that same store to get them to take off the sincer the door beeped as I was walking in the lady at the front desk gave me a very ugly look and I set the jeans on the counter and told her I just bought these jeans Monday and they didn't take off the sincer ... she completely ignored me and started talking to this lady that was at the desk . Another lady asked me if I have been helped told her what happened the lady that gave me an ugly look told her we have to talk to the manager called the manager to help the other lady . He looked at me and asked what we needed I told him what happened and he told the lady that was rude to take off the sincer she was like so just take if off with a rude tone the manager continued to appoligze and I left . I have never been accused so many time of stealing in my entire life . Never again will I be disrespected by those people again. I'd hate for that situation to happen to anyone else . Enter on your own risk .
