  First off the customers service was great,very polite and helpful.So I went in a couple weeks ago regarding my new wedding ring to get resized. They gave me a specific date it would be in and that date has passed and i still havent recieved it. The company needs to change their policy with employees on giving dates on when the items will be in. How can you give a date of when the item will be in that lands on a weekend when they dont even recieve packages on weekends in the first place. Very unprofessional. If it was up to me, I would have went else where to purchace my wedding ring. Now i have to reschedule pictures for a later date even though i took the day off work today because my ring was "scheduled" to be in today (but they dont recieve packages on the weekends) . This business isnt reliable

  I have been to this location twice now and both times the service has been just horrible by two different representatives. Both times I have felt not welcome and the sales staff would rather me just leave. Very unfriendly, short spoken, doesn’t engage with me at all, and just stares off in the distance while I ask to see different rings. If I’m going to make a life long purchase, half the product is purchased with the experience. I would rather drive the hundred miles to their location in Arlington where I’ve been treated excellent by every member on their team every time I’ve been.
